Hong Kong Centre was renamed Catherine Lo Centre in 1994 in recognition of her contribution to the Society
In 1997, the Society published the first Training Package for Autistic Children which was based on the acclaimed TEACCH model

Then Chief Executive Mr Tung Chee-hwa visits the Jessie and Thomas Tam Early Education and Training Centre in 1998
The Society established the SMART Fathers’ Club in 1999
